This tutorial assumes you completed the previous one here: Creating an Avie.

2. Click on Next: Generate Personalizations.

3. You will now be at the Personalize page. Click on Configure Personalization Variables.

The first thing you have to do is to configure the variables that will be replaced and regenerated by the AI when creating personalized videos.

Note that there will also be an option to insert free form text where you can override the content of the original video entirely.

4. To create a variable, click on any of the words. A few examples are elaborated below - the first being, "firstName".

5. To create a variable, highlight any word or group of words and then clicking Make Variable. The example below is for "firstName" .

6. A small editable box appears next to Gemma. Type in "firstName".

Note: If you used one version of a variable template to create a personalization video and then later use another variable template, the first video will be associated with the first template.

7. Next, let's tackle "Gotham" --> "company".

9. Click on Save and Close to exit the modal.
